Late Vintage : 2010 harvest have started around 20/25th of September in Burgundy. Grapes have more acidity and freshness compare to 2009 which have given structured wines.
2010 is considered as a great vintage in Burgundy giving long ageing wines, with acidity and great concentration of tannins.
Bright red core with rubis rim. The nose is elegant and discreet with a subtle hint of oak. On the palate, the powerful attack gives way to structure and flesh, characterised by oak and toast flavours. The finish is long and complex.
Bright yellow core with golden rim. Marcel Amance Bourgogne Chardonnay shows aromas of stone fruits : peach, pear, nectarine with a touch of oak. On the palate, its structure is onctuous and creamy, showing white flours, butter, cream, vanilla, coffee, the finale is all about texture.
